Graduated in Agronomy and Business Administration, spent also a while at the University of Minnesota – Crookston as a student of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness courses, has international experience as a Trainee on US Farms and has worked as a Trader at the major agribusiness companies in Brazil. Familiar with high revenues management, the other atributes gainned are agribusiness strategies, commercial and logistic planning. He has also had experiences in team building, departmental structuring and creation of new business models.

He has a huge relationship with the main agents of the Brazilian Agribusiness chain, since Tranding Companies, Agrochemical Industry, Seed Corporations and Fertilizer Companies, Financial Agents up to Distributors, Elavators and Cooperatives, as well as great network with farmers.
